Poor all round
I have ordered from this company as they have a good range of plants which seem to be reasonably priced until they arrive and you see they are bare slips! Can beat going to a garden centre. Customer service poor also.
Tri-coloured Buddleia - turned into just pink
I bought a Tri-coloured Buddleia back in April 2020, the first season it didn't flower at all, but it has now got growing. Although the bush appears very healthy and I can't fault that, it looks like I've been sent 3 pink bushes in the pot and not "tri-colour."
amazing standard goldcrests
I bought standard goldcrest trees last year, wanted to leave a review and attach a photo on their website how beautiful they are in a row with lots of large white pebbles, they've grown a lot. Unfortunatelly I can't review their products on their website and can't attach any photo here. They really made my garden beautiful!

Don't buy vines from them, only few inches tall came with dried tiny leaves, after few months still not recovered, waste of money local garden centres is way better choice for 16 euros you can get 1 meter tall with flowers and lot of fresh leaves on it.From them with delivery almost same price for dried tiny stick there no real photos of plants, there is no option to leave reviews on they website also. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Refuse to refund their mistake
Last year I ordered two “Hydrangea macrophyla Bouquet Rose shrubs” from this company, and while they arrived in good condition, now this year that they are finally in bloom, I can see they are actually white lacecap hydrangeas and are completely different from what I ordered. The company asked me if I “was sure” that I purchased these from them and not another company, to which I replied yes, because I only have two hydrangea in my garden and have the order receipt in my inbox. I politely asked for a refund, but they’re saying it’s “beyond the one year warranty” so there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointing experience considering I spent a year growing these only to them be completely wrong, and for them to then wash their hands of it and try to say it’s “past the one year warranty” is ridiculous when it’s clearly THEIR mistake, and has nothing to do with the health of the plants. As a customer in the UK our rights state that we have the option to receive replacement plants up to six years after purchase due to these possibilities, but they are refusing to help me. Of course they don’t ship to the UK anymore due to Brexit, so this is impossible as well. Avoid.
Update: This company is now trying to gaslight me in their response below by insinuating that it's *my* fault and that I must have purchased these plants elsewhere. I have already explained to them that I only own two hydrangeas in my garden, and both were ordered from them. I have the original receipt from them, quoted it in my original message to customer service, and sent them photos of how the original plants arrived. I grew these plants myself for the past year. To say that I bought them elsewhere is really funny. To continue this kind of petty jab at me over a £20 refund is quite sad, and I feel sorry for all the other customers they've taken advantage of. At this point it's not even about the money—it's about being treated like a liar.

Excellent service
The plants arrived earlier than expected and in pristine excellent condition! I ordered 2 bonsai and looked exactly the same as shown in the photo! The packaging are well thought of. Bravo! I even received a gift (yellow dahlia seed) from them as a thank you for purchasing the plants. Will definitely order again! ????

I purchased 3 plants which arrived…
I purchased 3 plants which arrived barely alive and my purchase ended up being a rescue mission.
I complained to this company and they basically told me that the plants suffer in transit and that i should try and save them.
I was under the impression because of the .ie address on the website that they were local but now realise the plants get shipped from overseas…no wonder they were almost dead!
REPLY: Erm..these plants needed more than a little water. The hydrangea was basically a stalk with 3 dead leaves on it. I'd happily show pictures here but I can't. These plants would never be put on display to sell in a garden centre...because no-one would pay full price for a dying plant. I regret buying from you and I will never do so again. I was unsatisfied by your response at the time and I wrote back to you telling you that I would write an online review if you didn't refund my purchase. You had your chance to resolve this and you didn't. I suggest you treat your customers more respectfully if you don't like poor reviews!
REPLY: 20% reduction is insulting. I told you that in an email which you chose to ignore. Now you are having a public spat with a customer when all you should have done is apologised and refunded me in the first place as other decent companies would. I bought plants in good faith and based on the “happy reviews” that pop up on your website. I didn’t buy plants to have to try and rescue stalks!
So you can let me know when you have issued my full refund and we can close this matter. Thank you!
8th July 2021: still waiting for my full refund.
1st May 2022: Plants didn't survive - never did get my refund and just for the record, the seller deleted all but one of their responses to me...they also edited their response to imply that they were clear all along about the transit - let me assure you this was never made clear!
Don't just take my word for it - have a read of the shockingly rude and defensive responses from their customer service people to see just how awful this company is to do business with.

So so disappointing and no customer service feedback
To say I was shocked and disappointed at what I received, is a total understatement.
I basically got, something that wasn't much more than a branch.
And didn't have the courtesy to reply to 2 emails, which made the situation so much worse.
Will NEVER order again and would certainly never recommend
Very disappointed about follow-up
Very disappointed about follow-up, guarantee non existent.
No reply to emails.
Would not recommend.
I was hesitant to order after reading…
I was hesitant to order after reading so many poor reviews, but my order was perfect, delivered on time and packed very well so there was absolutely no damage to the plants. I highly recomend it.

A first class experience from start to finish!
I write belatedly to thank you for completing the above order in such an exemplary fashion. The plants that you sold were very competitively priced, first class and arrived in excellent condition. The promised delivery schedule was exact; arriving exactly on the date promised. Overall, it was a FIVE STAR experience.

rotted weak plants, do not buy
delivery showed up late....we were waiting about 8/9 days for them, one of the aloe veras has root rot and showing signs of overwatering despite being in dry soil.... the soil in both aloe veras was very loose indicating being planted right before shipping :/ the fly trap is very very weak and nowhere near as described on the website regarding size. Overall I'm very disappointed and would not recommend or order again.

BEWARE - order "cancelled" without notification
BEWARE - On day I should have been expecting delivery I was finding out (from gardens4you.co.uk) that the order had been cancelled by gardens4you without any notification.
Placed an order and got a confirmation email from gardens4you, over the coming days I started to receive what appeared to be phishing emails from Multisafepay.
After multiple emails to gardens4you, they eventually confirmed "the payment wasn't sent to us"...I didn't "send" payment I paid online days earlier with my credit card and received confirmation of same...beware providing your credit card details and expectation of order delivery!
